First Two Steps and a Runny Nose

No new pics today, sorry! Here's another sweet one from yesterday. Justin's got a bit of a cold and I have a sore throat so we just hung out at home. Of course the one day I was waiting for his nap time to come around so that I could take a nap, he decided that he'd stay up till 3pm. No rest for the weary!

So we just played, watched Baby Einstein, and wiped boogies from his nose all day. Surprisingly, he stayed in a sweet and happy mood for most of the day, even when I was using that nasty little suction thing to clean out his nose. I actually think he liked it. This is his first cold, poor kid. But he's taking it remarkably well.

So Justin may have taken his first steps today! We were in his play yard and he let go and took two steps towards me before falling down (I caught him though). He wouldn't do it again, but I know I saw those two first steps. Pretty amazing stuff, watching your baby grow and learn new things. There is something new to see almost every day.
