Hungry Mungry
Here is a great picture that my parents took of Justin about a week ago. It made me think of that Shel Silverstein poem Hungry Mungry. I can't remember if that one was in Where the Sidewalk Ends or A Light in the Attic. Doesn't matter. This boy loves his food! His first tooth is on its way to making an appearance. I can see the ridges from the top of the tooth coming out of his bottom gum. It doesn't seem to be bothering him, which is great.
He is also sleeping through the night, from 8pm to almost 8am. Well, he did that once, last night, and still hasn't woken up for his last bottle yet tonight. Maybe he doesn't need it anymore? (We usually give him one last bottle at 11:30pm, before we go to sleep). I'm thinking it might have something to do with the new crib sheet that I put on - it's soft and furry like a blanket (but it's safe to use!) - I think he actually likes the way it feels on his face so maybe it's helping him sleep longer? Who knows.
It was beautiful out today, so I took Justin for a walk to the park this afternoon. They just posted a mile-track around the fields, so we walked two miles and then home, for a total of 3.5 miles. I also went to the gym for an hour when Chris got home. But then I made up for all that exercise by meeting my friend Karen for dinner.
Pudge was good today, even when Justin ran into her with his Jeep walker. I know, we're not supposed to let him use that for whatever reason, but I don't care. He's only in it about 10 minutes a day, and I used one and can walk just fine.
I think Chris is asleep, so I'm going to go to bed, too. Good night!

Really good stuff! I'm going to add your link to my blog and it should also be noted that I was there for the discovery of Justin's forming tooth.
