Where Does the Time Go?

Julia is a week old already! How time flies!!! She is the most adorable baby girl ever!

Justin is doing great, too. He didn't really appreciate his mom holding his new cousin though. He's going to have to get over that! He doesn't even like it when I give attention to Pudge - he always runs over and demands to be picked up whenever I am petting her. It's sort of amusing, but I know that behavior has to end!

He has learned the word "me!" - for instance, I'll ask him, "Who's the best boy?" and he yells "MEEEEEE!" It's hilarious. He says a bunch of words and phrases now. He learned the word "star", and amazed me this morning on his changing table when he looked at the picture on the wall (it's Starry Night) and pointed at the stars and said the word. They aren't even shaped like stars in that painting! He's one smart cookie.

Looking at how little Julia is, I can't believe how big Justin is getting. It's amazing to think he was once that small. Well, he never was as small as her, since he was a whopping 8lbs, 12oz when he was born. But you know what I mean.

Cousin Evan is coming over tomorrow and we're going to walk to the park and let the boys play. And this weekend we are spending Easter at Grammy & Grampy's in MA, so Saturday we're going to visit Erika, Tim, & Colin - Colin & Justin are only a week apart so it will be fun to watch them together.

In other news, South Beach & working out is going very well for Chris and I, with great results - 10 lbs for me, 13 for him in the past couple of weeks. Woo-hoo!
