Punkins!!!

I love the fall - especially now that the temperature has finally gotten a little cooler and it's no longer 88 degrees outside. I can't wait to start cooking up some soup and some pumpkin bread! This past weekend Grammy and Grampy came down to visit and we all took Justin to a farm on Saturday morning.

It was such a great place! We went on a hayride around the whole farm, and it dropped us off in a pumpkin patch, and each person was allowed to take home a pumpkin. Justin loved the pumpkin patch, he was running around and touching all the "punkins". He spent some time playing in the corn pit, which was a little play area filled with dried pieces of corn, at least 6 inches deep. We went through a cornfield maze, which would have taken the entire day if we didn't have a map with us! And we went apple picking. Justin loves apples ("apple" was his first word!) and I gave him one right off the tree (after I cleaned it, of course).

It was a really nice day and I got some great pictures. Hope everyone had a good weekend!
